During a consultation, we determine which healthcare professionals are best suited for the required treatment. Based on this assessment, we refer patients to the appropriate practitioners such as doctors, midwives, psychologists, and others.

MediNetz arranges the appointments and follows agreements previously made with healthcare providers regarding the number of free treatments. An additional control mechanism is the “MediNetz referral” issued to patients, which must be brought to the appointment.

The costs incurred by healthcare professionals depend on the type of treatment. Laboratory tests, materials, and similar expenses should, whenever possible, be provided at cost price. If patients are unable to cover these costs, MediNetz will, after consultation, cover them.

Appointment Scheduling

Medical appointments are always arranged by MediNetz staff and communicated to the patients. General preferences can be discussed during the consultation, but we cannot guarantee that they can be accommodated.

Our healthcare professionals are very busy: please always arrive on time. If you miss an appointment, we will not be able to refer you again for the following 6 months.
